# How to Make It:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain and transfer immediately to an ice bath. Drain again, pat dry, and chop into 1/2-inch pieces. If shrimp is pre-cooked, chop directly.
- Combine shrimp with lime, lemon, and orange juices in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Stir to mix, cover, and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes to allow the shrimp to marinate and cook in the citrus.
- Incorporate diced onion, tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeño (if used), and chopped cilantro into the marinated shrimp. Toss gently to combine evenly.
- Add sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly to enhance flavors.
- Shortly before serving, fold in the diced avocado carefully to maintain texture. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Portion into small bowls or glasses, garnish with extra cilantro and lime wedges. Serve alongside tortilla chips or tostadas if desired.
