06 - ½ tsp salt
07 - ¼ tsp black pepper

08 - 4 naan breads, individual size
09 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
11 - ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
12 - ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
13 - ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
14 - 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional)

→ Tzatziki Drizzle

15 - ½ cup Greek yogurt
16 - ¼ cup cucumber, finely grated and squeezed dry
17 - 1 small clove garlic, minced
18 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
19 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
20 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add diced chicken breast and toss thoroughly to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
02 - Preheat oven to 425°F.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken pieces and sear for 4–5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Lay naan breads on a baking sheet. Top each naan with mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, crumbled feta, sliced olives, sliced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes in even distribution.
05 - Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until mozzarella is melted and naan crust is crisp.
06 - While pizzas bake, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and chopped dill in a small bowl. Stir well and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Remove pizzas from oven. Drizzle generously with prepared tzatziki sauce and top with fresh dill or parsley if desired. Slice and serve immediately.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • Fast and Easy: Uses naan as a shortcut crust for a meal ready in 35 minutes.
  • Bold Flavors: Features a bright lemon-garlic marinade and salty feta.
  • Fresh Finish: Topped with a homemade, cool tzatziki drizzle and fresh herbs.
02 -
  • Moisture Control: Always squeeze the cucumber dry to keep the tzatziki creamy, not watery.
  • Allergen Watch: Contains wheat and milk; always check labels for potential gluten in the naan bread.
  • Herb Swap: Use fresh parsley if you prefer it over the earthy flavor of dill.
