# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • You get silky, chocolatey indulgence without feeling weighed down – and hardly anyone ever guesses the secret base.
  • This mousse comes together with just a blender and zero fuss, making it perfect for impromptu sweet cravings or healthy snacking.
02 -
  • Once, I learned the hard way that trying to rush the blending leaves the mousse with grainy bits – patience is rewarded here!
  • Letting the melted chocolate cool for a minute before adding it to the blender keeps everything smooth and prevents unpleasant seizing.
03 -
  • Using room temperature ingredients makes everything blend seamlessly and the texture velvety.
  • Add the melted chocolate last so it doesn&apost seize when it hits the cold ingredients.
