03 - 1 cup broccoli florets
04 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
05 - 1 cup celery sticks
06 - 1 cup green grapes, optional for sweetness

→ Avocado Ranch Dip

07 - 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
08 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
11 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
13 - 1 garlic clove, minced
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
15 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
16 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
17 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
18 - 2 to 3 tablespoons milk or water for thinning

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash and dry all produce thoroughly. Slice the cucumber and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Cut celery into sticks. Trim snap peas and cut broccoli into florets. Arrange all vegetables and grapes on a large platter or board.
02 - Combine avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, chives, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
03 - Add milk or water one tablespoon at a time while blending until the dip reaches your desired creaminess. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
04 - Transfer the avocado ranch dip to a serving bowl and place it in the center of the vegetable board.
05 - Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It comes together in twenty minutes flat, which means you can stop stressing and actually enjoy your guests.
  • The avocado ranch is so good you'll find yourself eating it straight from the bowl with a spoon when no one's looking.
  • It works for any occasion, whether you're hosting a casual hangout or need something elegant for a work thing.
02 -
  • If you prep this more than a few hours ahead, cover the board tightly with plastic wrap so the vegetables don't dry out and the avocado doesn't turn brown.
  • The dip will taste even better after it's sat for fifteen minutes, which gives all those herb flavors a chance to get acquainted with each other.
03 -
  • Make the dip first, then prep vegetables—that way the dip has time to chill and the flavors have time to meld while you're doing all the cutting.
  • Keep a small bowl of lemon water near your cutting board and dip the avocado-facing side of your dip bowl into it if you're making this more than thirty minutes before serving, which will keep it from browning visibly on top.
